 Personally I think they are rarely 'improved' by this but I am elderly and love what I am most familiar with. So - I am not interested in an 'Afro- futuristic' interpretation and I wouldn't pay to go and see it. I hope it's a success but I should not be labelled as 'racist' just because it's not for me! Why would anyone care what color they are. Shakespeare’s works have been adapted to many different interpretations (which might I add is the point of art). Did they get as equally upset by the American film, Romeo and Juliette, Staring Leonardo Decaprio, where a modern time setting interpreted what the play would have been like in a time of cars and guns? Personally I love seeing the classics adapted to and for a under represented culture that is deserving.

 After 11years working 50h a week on my feet in the hospitality industry, (that everyone knows that is hard work and badly paid) I was able to get an office job. Still the company never considered work from home a possibility until the confinement. Now I've been working from home for over an year and I wouldn't trade it for the world. I am still very productive but instead of spending my breaks sitting in the break room scrolling on my phone, I can do some home stuff so when I finish work I'm never worried if "I have to do laundry" or whatever.. I don't have kids, which makes me love being at home without distractions nor social pressure to look good, be friendly, participate in activities that I really don't want to. Geoffrey Lages the pandemic has forced an opportunity that many companies wanted to trial ie majority of days working from home.   We should collectively appeal to Russian army to not reciprocate what Ukraine army did for their army(including Russian general).
