 The Library of Congress Junior Fellows Summer Interns yesterday presented more than150 rare and unique items from 15 Library divisions. “Display Day” was open to the public for the first time since the program’s inauguration in 1991. Working under the direction of Library curators and specialists in various divisions, 37 Junior Fellows—selected from more than 900 applicants across the country—explored the institution’s unparalleled collections and resources. They were exposed to a broad spectrum of library work: research, copyright, preservation, reference, access, standards, information management and digital initiatives.

 After 11years working 50h a week on my feet in the hospitality industry, (that everyone knows that is hard work and badly paid) I was able to get an office job. Still the company never considered work from home a possibility until the confinement. Now I've been working from home for over an year and I wouldn't trade it for the world. I am still very productive but instead of spending my breaks sitting in the break room scrolling on my phone, I can do some home stuff so when I finish work I'm never worried if "I have to do laundry" or whatever.. I don't have kids, which makes me love being at home without distractions nor social pressure to look good, be friendly, participate in activities that I really don't want to.   We should collectively appeal to Russian army to not reciprocate what Ukraine army did for their army(including Russian general). Just because your family fights with other family, then you fight for your family doesn't mean you're a hero. A hero is one who can reconcile the two sides.
